We offer a two-tier DVD production service - 'Basic' and 'Authored'.
THE BASIC DVD service consists of a simple transfer-to-DVD service whereby material from a variety of sources (eg VHS or Mini DV tape etc.) is copied directly to DVD. This produces a DVD with a standard menu consisting of one or more clips depending on the number of clips recorded onto the DVD. Each menu item can be individually titled once the material is recorded onto the DVD.
We charge £35 for the first video source clip then £13 for each subsequent source clip. So a DVD with four video clips on its menu would cost £35 plus £39 = £74. Further copies can then be supplied at normal duplication rates (see Duplication).
THE AUTHORED DVD service employs Adobe Encore DVD authoring software enabling a DVD design to the client's specification providing anything from a simple customised screen with just a few menu options, to sophisticated menu navigation with all the features associated with professional TV or cinema productions. As this service is so wide-ranging it is not possible to quote a standard cost. However the cheapest authored option (eg a 15 minute movie requiring a single customised menu screen and 'play' button) would typically cost around £50.00 to produce onto a single DVD, though extra copies would only cost the same as for the Basic Service.
All charges are inclusive of VAT but exclude any postage/delivery charges
